Inspired by traditional Korean p’ansori singing and
sinawi improvisation, Kihnoua mingles the new
sounds and structures of western improvised music
with the ancient sounds of folk music. Featuring
Dohee Lee, vocals; Larry Ochs, sax; Scott Amendola,
drums and electronics. The music of Kihnoua will be
released on Not Two Records in March 2010.
