Please join the 10-member gamelan degung group Pusaka Sunda as celebration of the release of our their recent CD, Pusaka Sunda - Live at the Jazzschool featuring gamelan compositions and suling improvisations by internationally-acclaimed flutist Burhan Sukarma, recorded live at the Jazzschool in 2009 and 2011. The Jazzschool’s intimate performance space provides precisely the right combination of wonderful acoustics, and a relaxed and inviting atmosphere to nurture the kind of communal music-making that is the soul of gamelan degung.
